Q: When am I going to receive the physical items I ordered from your webstore?

It depends on what you ordered! If you have ordered only in-stock items, you should receive them within 2 weeks if you are in the US or within 3 weeks if you are anywhere else.

If you have included any pre-order items (that have not been released yet) to your order, you will receive your entire order when the last of these items is released.

Here is a list of the pre-order items and their scheduled release dates:

Q: I bought your books from my FLGS. Can I get the digital versions as well?

Absolutely! Please send us an email to info@evilgeniusgaming.com with a photo of the books and the receipt of purchase, and we will send the PDFs to your email free of charge. In order for us to do this, you must have a DriveThruRPG account, which is free to create.

Q: I am a Kickstarter backer, and I have questions about my order. How do I contact you?

Q: I received a damaged item. What should I do?

Send us an email to info@evilgeniusgaming.com with your order info and photos of the damage so that we can better assist you. We’ll do our best to provide you with the best solution!

Q: I am a retailer. How can I get your products for my store?

Retailers are a huge part of our community, and we have a few ways that you can go about reaching out to us for games and support. One is that you can create a retailer account on our website and order our products directly. If you’d like to speak with us directly about all we offer and how we can support you, you can also send us an email to info@evilgeniusgaming.com so we can add you to our retailer network.
